As a co-founder at Partners Place my duties and responcibilities encompass a wide scope of ideas, activities, and initiatives with the goal of making the platform better.
As Customer Support Representative I provide the focal point of contact for customer enquiries, handle diverse customers and ensure quality service always maintained, develop and implement effective customer relationships in order to improve the customers’ experience. I process inbound calls, handling customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction, deliver an exceptional service, contributing towards an ongoing improved service and value. I develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers, effectively manage and resolve customer account queries and issues promptly and appropriately.
As the Supervisor, I provided a high-level administrative support, led the team monitored and ensured time and work was managed effectively and efficiently. I created a positive customer experience, handled customer complaints and issues regarding products and services, provided prompt and appropriate solutions, ensured all customers received exceptional care and always ensured customer satisfaction and this led to company's repeat business and positive reputation.
