• Responsible for auditing employee benefits for various companies. My duties include insuring that employees are enrolled in the correct benefit plans and have the correct premium charges/account information. • As a tech ops specialist I am responsible for making various changes to clients sites within the database, changes included logos, rates, plans, coding and various other types that would make a client’s site operable. In this position I am required to work with health insurance carriers to obtain account structures and be able to read and input all account structures into coding strings. • With more system knowledge I have gained experience in training clients and new technical operation specialist that enter the company. This involved many phone conversations with step by step process explanation. • As a client service rep I was responsible for helping the clients make changes within their site.
